The Cornish Bakery's goal is to be the world's number one Cornish Bakery and to deliver that goal through outstanding, 'moment-worthy', customer service.

How We Did It

When making an internal comms piece there's a number of presentation styles; a presentation from the CEO, advice from fellow members of the team, or professional presenters. For the Cornish Bakery we went all out and delivered a mix of all of the above.

The Solution

To instil the vision and values of the company through a creative and contemporary customer service training tool for new and existing staff. The video needed to be non-corporate and certainly 'cheese free' to reflect the ethos of the business and the spirit of Cornwall itself.

The Results

A video that packs a punch. Starting with the passionate message from the CEO we then add authenticity by hearing from members of the team. Professional actors taking the role of happy and disgruntled customers bring viewers face to face with some strong home-truths. All together a powerful training tool for moment worthy customer service.
